HIN indgår samarbejde med Balver Zinn om loddetin til elektronikproduktion

HIN enters into partnership with Balver Zinn for solder in electronics production

HIN partners with Balver Zinn on soldering materials

At HIN A/S, we continuously work to strengthen our program for electronics production. Therefore, we are pleased to announce a new collaboration with the German manufacturer Balver Zinn, known for soldering materials for professional electronics processes.

The collaboration means that HIN can now offer an even stronger program in soldering materials for electronics production – including solder wire for hand soldering, bar solder for wave soldering, as well as flux and process chemicals for industrial soldering processes.

For electronics manufacturers, this provides the opportunity to source a larger part of their soldering materials from one supplier, while gaining access to well-documented alloys and materials developed for modern electronics production.

Known alloys for electronics production

Balver Zinn works with a range of known alloys for electronics production, including the lead-free alloy SN100C, which is widely used in the industry.

SN100C® is a tin-copper alloy stabilized with nickel and is used, among other things, in wave and selective soldering processes. The alloy is developed for stable soldering processes and is used in many electronics productions worldwide.

What the collaboration means for HIN's customers

With Balver Zinn in its product range, HIN can offer an even stronger program of soldering materials for electronics production.

This provides the following advantages for our customers, among others:

  • access to recognized soldering alloys for electronics production
  • solder wire for hand soldering and rework
  • bar solder for wave soldering and industrial soldering processes
  • flux and process chemicals through Cobar

The collaboration is a natural step in HIN's ambition to be a strong partner for companies working professionally with electronics production.
