The X-Treme Series of dry cabinets and nitrogen cabinets are developed for electronics production, where moisture-sensitive components need to be stored safely and efficiently. The dry cabinets are available in several sizes and with a range of functions, making them suitable for both cool long-term storage and for pre-heating before assembly and soldering.
Multiple sizes – wide application
The cabinets are available in 300, 600, 900, 1,200, and 1,800 liters. This makes it possible to choose a solution that fits the need – from smaller laboratories to full-scale production.
Fast and precise drying
Two built-in drying units ensure very short drying times. From 50% relative humidity, the cabinets can reach down to 1% RH in just seven minutes – or 5% RH in four minutes. The sensors in the cabinets have an accuracy of ±0.3% RH and ±0.5 °C.
Flexible storage options
The X-Treme Series can be supplied as pure dry cabinets, as nitrogen storage, or as hybrid cabinets that combine both functions. This allows the cabinets to be adapted to different requirements for moisture control and storage.
Access control and logging
The cabinets can be equipped with automatic door locks and RFID access, so only authorized employees gain access. The system can also log usage for better traceability.
Accessories and customization
A range of shelf options are available, including pull-out shelves that make working with reels easier. The shelves can be supplied with or without light, and both UV light sources and oxygen sensors can be integrated. Communication via industrial Ethernet allows for integration into monitoring and documentation.
