Streamline Inspection with Ash
Several of the systems can stack images together to provide full focus on the top and bottom of the inspected object. Pre-calibrated measurement software can be used, eliminating the need for measuring slides.
It is possible to take an image and save it as a master. This is intended for having images of all PCBs and then recalling the current PCB when inspection is needed – overlaying the current PCB onto the master image, and with the help of the software, it flashes the 2 images alternately. This reveals if a component is missing or if a resistor is oriented incorrectly.
