WHAT MAKES THE X-TREME SERIES UNIQUE?

Engineered for precision, built for operation

X-Treme Series cabinets are constructed from ESD-safe materials and comply with standards such as IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033C and IPC-1601 for the correct handling of electronic components in MSD classes.

Additionally, low-temperature cycles are used instead of traditional ovens, eliminating material stresses and defects such as popcorning, delamination, and cracking – without compromising component integrity.

Tailored to your needs

The drying cabinets are available in several sizes (300–1,840 litres). The interior is customised individually with, for example, shelves, feeder solutions and extra equipment according to your production requirements.

Three technologies – tailored to your production needs

Desiccant (extraction) Patented DHM-01 technology ensures ≤ 0.5% RH for long-term storage – ideal for anti-oxidation and extended shelf life of MSDs.

Smart nitrogen (N₂) Keeps moisture out with a clean, dry (and oxygen-free) atmosphere. Perfect when constant moisture control is needed without heat (0.5% RH or lower).

Hybrid (DHS + N₂) Combines both methods for maximum efficiency, redundancy, and rapid moisture reduction – even if one technique fails.
