The AFG-3051 is a 50 MHz arbitrary function generator from GW‑INSTEK. The instrument generates standard and arbitrary (ARB) waveforms with a sample rate of 200 MSa/s and 16-bit amplitude resolution. The unit has built-in 1 M-point waveform memory and supports importing user-defined waveforms via USB-host (Direct Waveform Reconstruction).

The AFG-3051 produces periodic and non-periodic signals for tests and measurements such as sine waves, square, triangle, ramp, pulse, and noise, as well as DC and several arbitrary forms.
