BAHCO 9Q-3/8
The BAHCO 9Q-3/8 is a quickly interchangeable insert tool for torque wrenches with a 9x12 mm rectangular receiver. It is the component that allows for the use of a compatible torque wrench with a 3/8" square drive without needing to replace the entire tool.
In practice, it is used where a flexible torque wrench setup is required. The insert is locked in place with a spring-loaded, retractable pin, ensuring it remains secure during operation while still being easy to swap when the task requires a different type of head.
The head is a pear-head reversible ratchet with 22–30 teeth. This means it can be used in both directions and provides a compact ratchet solution for work where space may be limited. It is rated for a maximum torque of 135 N·m, placing it in the lighter range of torque applications.
It fits several Bahco series, including 7465, 74W9, 74W14, 74P9, 74P14, IZO-D, TAW9, TAW14, TAWM9, and TAWM14. If you already have one of these series in your inventory, this is a spare or replacement part that keeps the tool in operation without the need to invest in a new wrench.
