PDR IR-E3 Pro – IR rework for large PCBs and components
The PDR IR-E3 Pro is a high-performance manual rework system developed for large PCBs and thermally demanding components. The system builds on the IR-E3 concept of focused infrared heating, precise optical component alignment, and advanced process control, but offers significantly greater capacity.
Larger working area for demanding rework
The IR-E3 Pro handles PCBs up to 620 × 620 mm and components up to 85 × 85 mm. The split-beam prism system provides precise optical alignment with up to 50x magnification and placement accuracy up to 10 µm.
The three-zone 2,800 W IR preheater ensures controlled heating of the PCB. For components between 55 and 85 mm, the system can also be equipped with an optional IR heating head for large components.
