PDR IR-E6 – IR rework system for large PCBs
The PDR IR-E6 is a professional manual rework system designed for large PCBs and high thermal mass applications. The special gantry system provides great freedom of movement over the PCB, allowing rework to be performed right up to the edge of large PCBs.
Large working area and powerful PCB preheating
The system combines 150W focused IR heating with a powerful 3,200W three-zone IR preheater. The split-beam prism system provides precise optical alignment of components and PCBs with up to 50x magnification and a placement accuracy of up to 10 µm.
The IR-E6 handles PCBs up to 460 × 620 mm and components up to 55 × 55 mm. This makes the system particularly relevant for large, complex, and valuable assemblies where both the working area and controlled heat treatment are crucial.
