TECHSPRAY 1570-LT Eco-Stencil
TECHSPRAY 1570-LT is a water-based cleaning fluid for manual cleaning and cleaning under stencils. It is used to remove solder paste from stencils, misprinted PCBs and equipment, or when uncured adhesive remains. In practice, it is a cleaner for SMT work where surfaces and tools need to be quickly freed from residue without compromising stencils, squeegees, or other equipment.
The formulation is non-flammable and described as low-VOC, halide-free, zero GWP, and non-ozone-depleting. These are precisely the properties that make it relevant in environments where cleaning that is easier to handle in terms of safety and environmental requirements than traditional IPA-based agents is desired. It is also stated to be compatible with DEK Nano-ProTek coating.
For manual use, the liquid is sprayed onto the area, after which residues are wiped away. For underside cleaning, it can be filled into the designated reservoir on the SMT printer. It is also available as pre-impregnated wipes for a simpler solution at the workstation.
