GEDORE Socket 1/4" hex 7 mm

This is a 1/4" hex socket for manual use, designed for a 7 mm bolt or nut with an external hex head. It is used with tools with a 1/4" square drive, when a small and precise socket is needed for lighter assembly and service work.

The socket is made of GEDORE vanadium steel 31CrV3 and has a matt chrome-plated surface. This provides a robust socket that is also easy to handle in practice. It is also knurled to provide a better grip when attaching or detaching it by hand. The ball retention groove means it is designed to lock securely onto the square drive.

It complies with DIN 3124 and ISO 2725-1, while the square drive complies with DIN 3120 - C 6.3 / ISO 1174. With a working length of 25 mm and an operating depth of 7 mm, it is compact and fits where there is not much space around the workpiece.
