STAUBLI FLEXI-E 0.10
FLEXI-E 0.10 is a very flexible, basic insulated multi-stranded wire with a nominal cross-section of 0.10 mm². It is used when a small and flexible wire needs to be integrated into an electrical assembly where space is limited and where the wire needs to be routed without feeling stiff.
The construction consists of 26 strands of 0.07 mm, resulting in a conductor diameter of 0.4 mm. Together with the 0.3 mm PVC insulation, the total cable diameter ends up being 1.0 mm. This makes the wire suitable when a small and uniform wire is desired, which is easy to work with in practice.
The electrical data are 150 V AC and 2 A, and the temperature range is from -10 °C to +70 °C. The wire is approved according to CE, UKCA, and EAC. It is normally supplied on 100 m spools, and the color is selected via the two-digit color codes in the catalog.
