BUSSMANN C10G10
The BUSSMANN C10G10 is a low-voltage cylindrical fuse in the size 10 x 38 mm. It is used to protect electrical circuits against overcurrent, and in this case, it is the classic gG/gL type, which is typically used for general protection. The fuse has a rated current of 10 A and a rated voltage of 500 V AC.
The construction is simple and robust with a ceramic tube and ferrule-to-ferrule connection, meaning metal ends on both sides. This makes it suitable for installations where the fuse needs to be held securely in a holder and can be replaced quickly. It is without an indicator, so there is no visual marking to read on the fuse; in practice, it is checked by measuring or by replacing it once the circuit has been disconnected.
With a breaking capacity of 120 kA, it is designed to handle high fault currents. It fits CHM modular fuse holders, which is relevant when the fuse is to be part of a compact and space-saving solution in panels and control cabinets.
