STAUBLI 15.5412 is a seal cover for the PerforMore series and is used for 95 mm² conductor cross-sections. In practice, it is a spare part included in the PerforMore system when working with the high-current connections for which the series was developed.
PerforMore is Stäubli's series of high-voltage connections for electric powertrains and other demanding industrial tasks. The series is designed for conductor cross-sections of 50 mm², 70 mm², and 95 mm² and is rated for DC 1000 V. It can handle up to 600 A depending on the ambient temperature. At the same time, there is a focus on sealing, EMC shielding, and safe disconnection, so the connection can be used in environments where space, vibrations, and safety place demands on the solution.
The seal cover is therefore used as part of the construction around the connection. When choosing the correct variant for the current cable cross-section, you get a part that fits into the specific PerforMore setup without mixing the sizes.
