BAHCO 2145PD-150
The BAHCO 2145PD-150 is a 45° plastic side cutter, used where a clean and controlled cut is required for plastic parts. The elongated shape and angled cutting head make it suitable for working with small parts where access is needed without applying unnecessary pressure to the workpiece.
The jaws are designed for full-flush cutting, meaning they are bevel-free, ensuring the cut is smooth and lies flush against the material. This is precisely what is typically needed when adjusting plastic parts, where post-processing must be minimized.
The pliers are made of carbon steel with a phosphated finish for corrosion protection. The handles are PVC-coated, and the tool features an opening spring, so it opens automatically after each cut, making repetitive work more fluid.
The maximum capacity is 1.8 mm for copper and 3.0 mm for PA (nylon) plastic.
